The site works fine but
I can't get fresh air, fastchat and some other bits to work
This is more than likely to be because
you need to get the latest version of the flash plugin so...
Checking and updating your Flash plugin
If you're using Netscape you can find out what
version of Flash you have by selecting Help, About
Plugins from the menu bar. Look for an entry headed Shockwave
Flash. If the version is less than 4 or if you can't find
an entry at all, you will need to click on the link below
to download the plugin. If you're using Internet Explorer
then there's no easy way to find out; click on the link below
and download the plugin anyway.
>Download
Shockwave Flash Player
Windows Version
The Flash plugin will only work with Windows 95
or better, and PowerPC Macs. If you're trying to use Windows
3.x then you won't get very far! You can tell if it's Windows
3.x because it won't have a Start button at the bottom
left of the screen.

I can get to all the
content on the site but some of it looks like it's not displayed
right
This is probably because your Internet
browser is really old so...
Checking and updating your browser
To find out how new your browser is, click on the Help
menu then select About Netscape or About Internet
Explorer. You need to have version 4 or higher of Netscape
Navigator or Internet Explorer. If you don't, click
a link below to download a newer version, or ask a friend
for a CD-ROM.
>Download
Microsoft Internet Explorer
>Download
Netscape Communicator

I'm always having to scroll the
Internet browser left and right when using the site
This is most likely to be because you are viewing the
site on a monitor set to 640x480 display. All monitors and
graphics cards bought in the last 7 years can do better than
this so check it out this way (on a PC):
Get to your desktop, right click on it and select 'properties'.
Select the 'settings' tab on the window that appears and you
will see if your browser is set at 640x480. Change it up to
800x600 or whatever resolution you prefer and click the 'apply'
button (it is advisable to test the new resolution in case
your computer cannot support it in which case it will revert
back to 640x480).
If your resolution is already higher than 640x480 then you
need to maximize your browser and the site should run fine.

Why is the
site so crazy and why all the monkeys?
This is 'coz we're a postmodern generation of people that
are quite literally crazy and mad for it. But the monkeys...
that's beyond control.
