Gareth is Worship Director at St Thomas Church Sheffield, and oversees worship for Tribal Generation. He has lived in Sheffield for 8 years, having moved there to take Biblical Studies at the University, and then trained to be a primary school teacher, which he continues to do 2 days a week. He is married to Lizzy, and enjoys watching films, sunny days, snorkelling off fine beaches, walking in the country, sunbathing and long dinners with good friends, good food and good wine.

42 is the first recording from Gareth. The songs tie catchy indie style sounds and melodies with biblical lyrics and reflections on Christian living. Many have been used in the church services at St Thomas' and at TG gatherings, expressing their corporate desire for intimacy with the Lord and a life lived abandoned to his service, but suitable also for personal times of devotion. From the soft and tender 'I rest' to the driving 'You pour out grace', the theme is the same: 'Light of the world would you shine on me'.
