I'm very sorry but you need to change and here are some ways of making a start:
1. repeat the following phrase 100 times: "I must grow up and not have any fun"
2. rub anti-aging-cream into any facial wrinkles that resembe 'smile lines' and start frowning
3. apologise to those in your near vicinity for all the times you've laughed or didn't act your age
4. jump around the room like a monkey and start making whooping noises...
