Psalms of PRAISE
These psalms were written by passing a sheet of paper round
a group. Everyone wrote a line and then folded it over so
it couldn't be seen until the end, when it was then read out
in full.
Cheers God for your generosity!!
Wisdom, power, praise, and honour are Yours.
The French say 'Ou la la'
The Germans say 'Ja! Das ist sehr gut!'
All the nations praise you in their own tongue and my
soul joins them and says 'Aagh! Ha ha ha! I love you
Lord!'
Our redeemer God,
Thouest in the namest of the highest of the almightiest.
Amenest. |
Lord, You are a great
and mighty God
Everything that has breath praise the Lord!!! Praise you
Jesus!!
God, I pray, fill me of your love,
Guide my steps day-by-day;
Praise him in the darkness, praise him in the light, just
praise him!
You are the Faithful One who's love endures. |

Lord you are my all,
My beginning and my end;
All the praise of our mouths, all our words, make them
yours.
In your nobility, Lord, you shine like the brightest
star and shimmer in the majesty of the ocean;
Praise you for your faithfulness to me, your patience
I will never understand.
You keep on giving me everything I need;
Your are my protector,
Shielding me from the enemy's attack.
In your abounding, everlasting love my joy is sufficient;
Let all creation be aware of your glory, and my life
be a reflection of it.

Lord, You know everything - nothing
is hidden from You - and you have plans for every situation.
His kindness is beyond comprehension;
Let our joy in you be so strong that it is infectious
and draws others to you and rubs off on all we meet.
I don't mean to stumble, I don't want to, I don't try
to, yet I do again and again. Your love is all that picks
me up again and I thank you;
I will love you as you love me, peacefully, extravagantly,
and faithfully. |
