 THE
CIRCLE
Learning
The learning circle helps us to process events in our lives
and learn from them.
There is the recognition that as disciples of Jesus, events
that have significant impact on us (which we call kairos events),
need to be learned from.
 The
learning circle is based on Jesus' teaching in Mark 1: 14,
15 ('The time [kairos] has come. The kingdom of God is near.
Repent and believe the good news'). We recognise that there
are individual and corporate aspects of repentance and believing.
Both of these are recognised in the way that we break these
processes down into the components of observe, reflect and
discuss (repentance) and plan, account and act (believing).
