Interested in taking action for the people who suffer from injustice in global trade - the real fashion victims. This action is part of the SPEAK Trade Justice campaign. Speak is getting people to write letters, poems, draw pictures, write prayers - all illustrating their concern for justice for workers in the garment industry and helping the "Fashion Victims" globally.

AIM: TO BREAK THE GUINNESS BOOK OF RECORDS FOR THE WORLD'S BIGGEST DRESS OF 6000 SQUARES

The big dress is an opportunity for people to express their concerns about justice in world trade by creating the shape of a HUGE dress and presented to a key person within the UK Government as a creative petition.

So, what do you need to do?
On material squares 30cm by 30cm (or bigger as long as they are multiples of 30cm by 30cm), write, sew, draw, or paint your hopes / concerns / prayers about justice in global trade. These can be in the form of letters, poems, prayers or paintings. You can sign your squares if you want to. Try to be as bold and imaginative as possible (we want the dress to look really eye catching) but please use pens and paints that are waterproof!
