I lead a Church in Swansea which started nearly 3 years ago. Its tripled in size and we have 60% teenagers, 60% of these are from unchurched backgrouns and some 30+ have come to faith in the last few years. We are called West Cross Community Church and our youthgroups are TRIBE (yeah!!) and M:gen (millenial generation).

We are behind you in age but do have a gathering group of late teens and twenties. I am developing and exploring using dance music in worship.
